Week of November 22nd

All is potentially back to normal this week. Sunday night Yoga is on for 7 pm at the gym. Wednesday night Kids Yoga at 6:30 pm is on for the 3rd week now. Thursday night Staff at the gym from 6:30 to 8:30 pm is back on and Wednesday 6 am Yoga is for sure on as well!

Sunday Night Yoga Begins Nov.15th

This coming Sunday, November 15th from 7-8 pm being held at the gym - 217 1st St W. Cost is $60 for 6 weeks and mats are provided. Cash or cheque only. Payable the first evening of class.

Vanscoy Yoga Session

Next weeks class which is our last one, will be on Tuesday, November 10th at 7 pm at the school. Hope to see you all there. This will be our last class until the new year!

Last Fall Yoga for 2009

The last session of yoga for 2009 begins Sundays for 6 weeks on November 15th to December 20th. Cost is $60.

Pre-registration is required.

There must be 10 participants for this class to hold.

KIDS Yoga

Kids Yoga begins again on Wednesdays for 6 weeks starting on November 4th. THere will be 2 classes this year - 5 to 8 year old are from 6:30 to 7:15 pm and the 9 to 13 year olds are from 7:30 to 8:15 pm. Cost is $50.

Pre-Registration is required!
There will be no class without a minimum of 5 participants per group.

GYM FOR SALE

The gym in Delisle here is for sale and this is where I currently teach out of. It will most likely not be sold until AFTER all fall classes are finished, and then I will just rent space to continue teaching...so..no worries

Yoga will not end any time soon!
