I will be teaching an 8 week session at the Delisle Yoga Studio (308-3rd St W) starting Monday, September 10th at 7:30 pm!
Classes will be every Monday night - 7:30 to 8:45 pm - except Thanksgiving Day - October 8.
Cost is $15 per person per class drop in or you may sign up for all 8 classes for $80. Must be paid for in full on the first night of class. Cash or cheque only.
Classes are 1 hour & 15 minutes in length.
Bring your own mat & water bottle please.
