3rd Class this week

This week, Wednesday, Jan.27th is our 3rd class of the 8 class session.
If you are a beginner, you can still start now and not be concerned about keeping up!

Blog Update

As you may or may not notice, I try to update the content of this blog as well as the recipes, links, etc. that appear here on a regular basis.

I do so to provide you with up-to-date information and cool things, sites, etc. that I have heard or read about.

So, check out the new link for Health Yoga which provides wonderful yoga information.
As well, check the new recipe for Strawberry Salsa which I can attest is so great, you may stop eating regular salsa altogether!

Yoga 2010

Yoga for 2010 begins on January 13th for 8 weeks Every Wednesday from 7-8 pm at the Delisle Anglican Church on 3rd Street West in Delisle. Cost is $80 for 8 weeks or $10 per class to drop in. Mats and blocks, straps etc.. provided.
