Wise words from the great yoga teachers I have and have not met

If there is anything we want that we do not have, consider that your comfort zone is not allowing it.
You become what you think of, so protect your mind.
Yoga is here to resensitize us.  Be sensitive.  Be aware.  Be here now.
There are only 3 rules, be kind, be kind, be kind.
It is never too late for you to become who you were meant to be.
Learn that you can stay, even if you are uncomfortable.
Yoga will teach you the truth about yourself, even if you want to know it or not.
