Trade Show TODAY

Today, Sunday, April 18th (which is my mom`s birthday - happy bday MOM) I will be having a YOGIC table at the Delisle Town Hall from 10 am until 3 pm and be sure to stop in...I have some wonderful books, DVD`s, CD`s, mats, blocks, lotions, gels, etc... on display FOR IMMEDIATE SALE!

And there will be lunch and a ton of other great booths as well!

Delisle Elementary School and Yoga

Starting tomorrow, Monday, April 19th for 2 weeks, I will teaching the basics of Yoga to each grade for their physical education classes! I am super excited about this and I hope they all are too!

If you are a parent of a child that will be taking my class and you have a Yoga mat, lend it to them that day and this will truly help them out and me too!

I Missed a Class...Reschedule Info!

So I was sick last week and missed wednesday nights class, so, we will continue with our 8 weeks, it`s just going to take 1 week looooonnnggger! LOL See you all this coming Wednesday, APril 21 and the last class will now be May 19th.

I heard some " joosy" news from my wonderful teacher, Jan Henrikson, that THE REFINERY on Dufferin Ave in Saskatoon, will be host to Manorama - Sanskrit Scholar on July 1st!
