If you are for sure coming to class next week please let me know ahead... It's a relaxation class & so there is a lot of preparation involved so I need to know exact #'s please!

Delisle Yoga is tomorrow, Monday, October 22 at 7:30 pm.

Loreburn Yoga is Tuesday, October 23rd at 6:30 pm.

Friday October 26 at 7 pm is ... Durga Das (aka David Newman)!
This must be at Kirtan Concert is held at The Joos Yoga Studio in the same building as Cafe Solla
in Saskatoon! Cost is $25 but we get them for $20 if we have 9 lucky yoginis ( $15 each if we have 10 or more!) that want to come with me & experience this event!  Please let me know ASAP if you wanna go so I can get the tickets!!!!

Tuesdays in Loreburn

Tuesdays in Loreburn are looking fantastic! I have had lots of interest in Tuesday nights so... I'm pretty excited to get started! Hope to see you there & bring friends!

Loreburn Yoga begins Tuesday October 16!

Loreburn Yoga begins Oct 16 to Dec 4.
Classes are on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm at the Loreburn senior centre.
Cost is $80 for 8 or drop in us $15. Kids rate is $5 per class.
All levels welcome!
