Just a quick reminder to all students, that there is NO Yoga tonight.
Yoga returns at 6:30 pm next wed and continues for 3 more weeks after that including 1 more workshop!

2011 Schedule
Please see the sidebar for our new 2011 Teaching Schedule.
Starting in January 2011, regular classes are back on! Please note: they are every 2nd week with 2 workshops in between.
But remember, if you want some yoga before that, I am available for private lessons!

A New Concept in Yoga Teaching - Private Lessons!
Well maybe this is not so new..but it is new to me!
I will begin teaching Private Yoga Lessons in your home at your convenience
asap!
The cost is $20 per person gst included for 5 people.
Classes will be 1 hour in length.
No more than 5 people per group.
You must bring your own mats, and any props that you will need.
Loose fitting, comfortable clothes and barefeet are really all that is required.
Yoga really is for EveryBody and everyone can do it!
If you are interested in this idea contact Brandy.
This works for any type of small get together on a one time basis or regularly every week!

5:30 pm Delisle Class on Wed Cancelled
Due to unforseen circumstances, there will no longer be a 5:30 pm beginner class at the
Anglican church on wed nights in Delisle.
The 5:30 pm participants are welcome to join the 7 pm class.
