The poses bring a feeling of well-being that stays with you. They do so through a balance of effort and relaxation; and through endless forms of balanced meditation.
This is a Yoga Sutra verse as written over 2000 years ago by Master Patanjali. The Yoga Sutra is the Mother book of all yoga. It explains to us the very ideas behind Yoga. Through our practice we will explore how these ancient practices and ideas very much relate to our modern world and our modern practice of Yoga.
