I attended a 2 hour yoga workshop held at One Yoga on Main Street in Saskatoon, the studio of my wonderful teacher Ryan Leier, taught by another wonderful man, Reno Muenz!
What a blessing...jai ma!
It was so wonderful...moving...learning...amazing really...can't wait to see he and SJ again...
Really, I am deeply grateful
