Classes begin Thursday Sept 24 at 7 pm for 10 weeks. Cost is $100 or $15 for drop in. No pre-registration class however, if you are interested, please let me know to save your space. There is room for 10 comfortably. You will need a mat, block, strap & blanket - all are available at class but it's nice to have your own too. Any questions, contact me !
